Fernando Alonso Wins 2005 Malaysian GP

Intense heat, 50% humidity and drifting smoke made it tough for everyone in Kuala Lumpur today but it couldn’t stop Fernando Alonso from winning the Malaysian Grand Prix. This makes it two in a row for Renault.

Jarno Trulli finished second, scoring the first ever podium for Toyota and Nick Heidfeld was third for Williams.
